Even if you’ve taken the entire bottle, in fact we encourage you to take a full course for 30 days for optimal results. Simply contact us at hello@sleepworx.co.nz within 30 days of your original purchase, and we will immediately arrange for a full refund, excluding the shipping costs.

 

Where do HALO products ship from?

All our products ship from our logistics centre in New Zealand.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All our products are shipped from New Zealand by express courier. Delivery times depend on the country and region we are shipping to. Typically orders are shipped the next business day and take between 2-3 days in New Zealand & 8-14 days to Australia and the USA .

 

When will you respond to my enquiry?

I’m not home, do I need to sign for it?

No, you do not have to be home to receive your package. Orders are sent out in non-signature tracked courier packs. We email you the tracking details when we process your order.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed and shipped along with the tracking details.
