Having tried plenty of other sleep supplements, I was sceptical about Sleepworx at first. Sure it doesn't taste that good, but man does it work! It doesn't make you fuzzy and you can still wake in the night, and go back to bed knowing that you will drop back to a restful sleep. Love it.
